Aspen Apartment House has privately owned and/or hosted apartments, and hotel-owned and/or hosted apartments.
Aspen Apartment House does not provide any additional services and/or facilities such as parking, wellness, swimming, etc.
Privately owned and/or hosted apartments do not have any automatic use of any additional services or facilities!
To avoid any disappointment, before making an apartment reservation with a private host, you should always check with your host, if additional hotel services and/or facilities are available for the apartment you are booking a reservation.
Apartment Hotel Aspen Bansko provides additional services such as reception, a restaurant, a bar, a sauna, a steam room, swimming, and parking.

There is no daily guaranteed guest parking at Aspen Apartment House, but limited paid parking may be available in our hotel underground garage.
Secure underground hotel parking may be reserved in advance, subject to availability. Secure underground parking is charged at €20 euros per night (available to guests only)
Paid private parking is also available for all guests in an open air carpark directly opposite Aspen Apartment House and is charged at €8 euros per night.
Blue Badge Parking is provided free of charge to Guests of Apartment Hotel Aspen Bansko, In our secure underground hotel parking with elevator access direct to all floors.
Please endevour to notify the hotel in advance of your requirement for blue badge parking and any other assistance that you may require.
FREE on-street parking may be available subject to availability and any seasonal zone restrictions of Bansko Municipality.
Guests and apartment owners should not have expectations of any free or guaranteed parking at Apartment House Aspen or Apartment Hotel Aspen Bansko.
Restricted parking may be available to owners in the hotel garden area, upon request of apartment owners who have paid annual fees. All garden area parking is provided as a courtesy of the hotel management and strictly limited to apartment "owners" own use only. Owners area parking is controlled by an automated parking barrier with smart phone access, or, via Reception Services.
(All personal guests and rental guests of apartment owners are strictly prohibited from using the limited space availability of restricted hotel garden area parking, reserved for annual paid owners.
