Hotels are usually a place where guests want to be a peaceful and clean place to stay. Pets can become stressed and destructive, intentionally or unintentionally, when in an unfamiliar environment. They may disturb the peace of other owners or guests, they may have accidents, they might chew up things like bedding or furniture, they might scratch or destroy walls, they might destroy woodwork, they might carry termites into apartments and the hotels' common areas, etc.
The reality is that we love pets at Aparthotel Aspen, but accidents and disturbances happen, and dogs, especially, by their protective nature, can be loud and vocal when they hear disturbances and noise caused by other guests through normal hotel movements during all 24 hours of the day and night. It is therefore our policy that we do not allow pets of any kind, no matter how calm, well-behaved, or trained you consider your pet to be. This is to protect the integrity of apartments, the cleanliness of the hotel and common areas, and the comfort of all guests and owners, 24 hours a day.
To ensure the comfort, safety, peace, and well-being of all our guests, Aparthotel Aspen maintains a strict no pets policy.
Policy Details:
No Pets Allowed: Pets of any kind are not permitted within Aparthotel Aspen premises, including guest rooms, balconies, common areas, parking and Garden.
Service Animals Exception: Aparthotel Aspen complies with applicable laws regarding service animals. Guests requiring accommodation for a certified service animal must inform management prior to check-in and provide appropriate documentation, if requested.
Allergies & Guest Comfort: This policy is in place to protect guests with allergies and to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our property.
Violation of Policy: Guests found to have brought a pet into the hotel building will be subject to the following:
A refusal to allow check-in without refund.
A pet fee of €150.00 plus a minimum deep cleaning fee.
A minimum deep cleaning fee of €250.00
Possible eviction without refund.
Liability for any damages or disturbances caused by the pet.
Reported to the relevant Authorities, Police, Municipality and/or Ministry of Tourism for continued violations by guests or owners.
